Easiest way to find a thread... go to Google and type in "camaro6 (what you're looking for)". I've had good success finding what I need using that method.

far as i know, stock installed rear speakers need to be cut out from beneath unless you want to remove the rear glass.

You shouldn't need to really deal with the top panel. remove and install from the trunk (unless you're doing it the factory way and removing the rear glass).

Not sure who told you that, but the rear speakers can be removed by removing the rear seat, rear C pillar trim around the quarter windows, then removing the rear deck trim. The speakers can then be removed.

Dealers need to be able to change defective dactory speakers under warranty. No way would any manufacturer outside of maybe an exotic make a car in such a way the rear window would need to be removed to access a speaker.

No they don't. I installed 6x9's in the rear deck of my 1SS. You have to remove the rear seats, sail panels and rear deck panel. Metra makes factory style brackets that fit the rear deck correctly. You do have to use a 2 way 6x9 as 3 ways the tweeter and mid range sits too high and they will not clear the rear glass. I have a thread on it in the audio section.

The 1le doesn’t have speakers in the rear deck.

Correct. Only 2SS trim with the Bose factory system has rear 6x9s from the factory.
