CamaroCon 2017
This last weekend a good friend Greg (CornfedCamaro) and I hosted our first major Camaro / Firebird only car show on the West Coast. Not knowing how many cars would attend we had hoped for 200+ cars to show up and participated and hung out.
First off, thanks to a lot of local Camaro 5 and Camaro 6 attendees who came out to the show. Well... the turnout blew our minds! While the older generation cars were lacking in quantity, we had almost 400 cars show up for the event and had over 100 cars participate in our first car show judging for awards. We had attendees come from as far as 488 miles, and I can't thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting the show. We are now planning for CamaroCon II for the 1st weekend in May 2018 and will be hosting it at a local track to include autocross and hopefully drag racing. More details to come in the months ahead. Man that is allot of Camaros, while looking at the photo I wondered how many 1LE's were there. Then I thought how many ZL1's, Hot wheels, 45th and 50th cars... Congrats on having a successful car show, just think if you add an auction or raffle and all proceeds goes to a charity. We are doing that here in my local state to help out veterans this coming weekend. I also enjoy your videos keep it up.
