How you balance on the hood while it's on its nose?

Welcome, nice ride

Congrats on your new LS. Enjoy it but be careful and respect the power, as well.

Its a bottom of the line v-6 with todays sticky tires and built into the ECU programing torque management to accompany the traction control and stabillitrac.

No one sits on my hood, burn outs..not going to happen like a old fat tire v-8 with stiff rubber and deep gears and a shift kitted trans. You have a modern version of the luxury sport car, if you had paid more you would have options like a v-8, four pack of gauges, HUD displaying the speed and tach on the windshield...etc.

I would say hey give it a while its a driver at your age the fast and the furious and that car will keep you dirt poor trying to get performance better off in a v-8 that can be modified easier for much higher results. Have people on here done up a v-6 with turbos..sure and they spent a lot of money on a platform that's more expensive with less reliability and less choice than those with the v-8 and well just less popular modding platform.

MY advice don't expect miracles, mod with some discount vinyl online to get some different individual looks like hood spears or hockey stripes or what have you, mod the stereo you kids love that stuff, and read up over time on the problems a v-6 has had for those that know such as maybe a oil leaking or head gasket problem or maybe its the v-6 with the heads built with the exhaust manifold in one piece as in the newer ones.... I did not note the year.

We believe in things here as drivers that are not included in the original like a Catch can, and a separate clutch reservoir and other things you should read up on. And if the seat are not stained to crap, ( you can find pretty nice covers on line), scotch guard the things, and for some up grades look for cheap stuff in the for sale section and me downs from v-8 owners for things like brakes or.... Congratulations and welcome to the internet where first timers usually blew up their engine or wrecked their car..LOL
