I'd like to get in on that as well, worried about the launch. I have very limited traction on the street, hoping the track is stickier but not so much so that I break something, long walk home!

This group seems great I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can!

LMAO wish I had an E85 station closer to me I think the nearest one is an hour and a half away simply not worth it for me right now.

I get my E85 from my local ( not so local ) fuel stop in 55 gallon drum and pump it as I need it myself. $2.25 gallon for me locally. It is about 35 miles from my house. It is only 5 miles from my job so I'll get my 5 gallon jugs or my drum. Mine is not my Daily driver so it is easier for me. Not sure about the other E85 setups but mine uses a flex fuel sensor so I don't have to change tuning it is all done in the programming. I'll bring 20 - 25 gallons with me.

Got to try Autocross since I volunteered. That was fun. Someone did a ride along and then let me race as long as I wanted for the 1 hour lunch break.
I raced the second time at Indy and it's a lot better that way. Honestly you can get as much or as little track time as you want. It's almost like your own track rental. I hotlapped 10+ times racing John Deere Racer and his ZL1 that year. Was a lot of fun and well worth the money. Also helped I took home the 1st place Trophy in the modified class and got a check as well.

^^^ This... it's all about the fun.

Nothing real serious, just get out and give your car a run down the track.

This is a track rental so you don't have to worry about messing up a burnout in front of folks or not staging like a pro. Lots of folks to help you learn.

Just a great setting for a newbie to drag racing. But watch out... you'll be hooked afterwards...

Were looking at it as a great way to get some awesome pictures and video also. ThumperII will look great in staging and going down the track. It will never be a race car while we have it but we can say we raced it.

It was a fun group last time, which is why we are doing it again. The 2017's will be there this time around too.

#3) MODIFIED: Any naturally-aspirated - stock bottom end street-licensed 5/6-gen Camaro (No nitrous)
I know that a bunch of us guys are planning to hit this class. Should be about 8 of of us there, and 6 of us have run 10's.

My car will look great in the winner's circle.
