Toronto purchase of 2ss Hot Wheel - buying questions

Hi Folks:

New user here... I'm about to pull the trigger on a new fully loaded 2SS Hot Wheels edition. It's going to be a factory order. A few quick financial questions...

Also, I'm in Toronto, Canada so I guess I'm asking for feedback from fellow Canadian Camaro owners since pricing will vary in the US...

1) Anyone have experience with the GM "XS wear" for leases. Dealer is asking $850 for it but I don't know if its worth it. Any good/bad experiences with this. This would also hold true I suspect for American Camaro owners (I'm guessing US coverage is similar ?).

2) I'm eligible for preferred "supplier" pricing. For a fully loaded HOt Wheels 2SS they are quoting 8.5% off MSRP (I'm including the freight/prep fees in the MSRP).

a) Has anyone eligible for preferred supplier pricing got better than this ?

b) I also realize the Hot Wheels are a limited supply and so I may not have the bargaining power if supply is tight. Any feedback on this ? Will there be lots of HW editions available OR will supply be limited . In other words, with supply and demand working against me lol...

Any comments appreciated.....

Thanks !

My apologies it was my first posting and I realized afterwards that I had placed it in the wrong sub-forum but I wasn't able to figure out how to delete it. I then re-typed it in the correct "general" forum.

A mistake yes; spamming no.
