1ss cloth seats

Just wondering how people who got the 1ss like the cloth seats. Is it possible to add the ss badges or better to just not touch it?

I like the cloth seats a lot. Never been a fan of leather seats, and these cloth seats have a premium feel to them. I suppose you could try adhering a badge on with a strong cloth adhesive but me personally I'd leave it.

I think the cloth seats are pretty damn good. I sat in a 1SS and was impressed, it doesn't feel or look cheap like I first thought it would. the SS badges would be nice, but I would recommend not trying to add them being that on the leather seat they are indented, whereas if you just glued some on to the cloth seats, you would have the badges bulging on to your back, which I cant imagine being comfortable.
There's always the option of embroidering the SS on.

Never having has cloth before I am very impressed. In fact I think they have more of a "sport" look than the leather.

I got them from ebay. They are the regular SS fender badges. I used a ruler to center it, and just put it on. If I really wanted to stick, some super glue will work really well but no need for glue.

I was worried that they won't stick to cloth seats and that you will feel it pushing against you. They stick to the seat really well and you'll have to literally try to pry it for it to move and surprisingly, you can't feel anything.

Forgot the name of the seller but here's thousands of them. Here's one from Amazon that will work too..

Awesome! Exactly what I was going to try to do. What did you use for an adhesive? Also does it impact comfort? Would kinda suck to have it bulge out

I was impressed with the cloth too when I sat in one. Someday I may get a V6 track rat down the line and those cloth seats would be great for the $$$.

They've come a long way since the 4th gen seats! Haha.

The cloth seats on my 5th gen 1SS were really nice. I can only assume they're as good or better now.

On the back side of the emblems have their own adhesive.. very sturdy and holds great.

By the way the seat somewhat slanted, you won't feel the SS badges at all.. heck I tried to push my back on the emblems and still can't feel it lol.

I got the ash gray, but don't really care for the gray carpet. I thing the seats are fine and when I'm tired of them I'll get Katskin to recover them in leather.
