Very nice write up and video KP!

And very nice tune- it takes a lot of OOomph to accelerate a 2ton car from 60 to 80 almost half a second quicker!

Way to go Arno!

Interesting comment on the timing. As I have data logged my Trifecta Tune and sent it into Vince. One of the things he noticed a while ago was that my timing was too high. Upwards of those same numbers that IPF is reporting. He felt it should be slightly lower and they tweaked it back down. I will go back and look at what I had sent him and what he tweaked it back down to. Personally if felt better at the track with the higher timing. But I never ran it that way again. Maybe I should re-load the old tune and try it again at the track........hmmmm.
Thanks for mentioning that...I may ask Arno about it and get his thoughts.

Not to distract from the IPF info you posted, here is the timing changes from the Trifecta tune.

first picture is my timing from the tune I had from Vince at Trifecta. I then sent these logs into him and he changed the tune slightly, when I asked him what he changed, he told me the timing was to high and that he was pulling some of it back out.

So after you tune adjustments you was hitting 30.5. I'm not sure what my timing would hit peaked out, as in the testing I never hit redline. I don't know if it would go higher than 31 or not, but if not, then I'd say its about like yours sets now.

I asked Arno about this, but haven't heard back just yet. It was a forum message...I probably should have just emailed him.

When you use the IPf tune you have to use 93 octane?
