NoviStretch - The Best Customer Service!

So I reached out to NoviStretch to get a mask for my Gen6 for SEMA , Andrew immediately replied and said “Hey, don’t worry about it we’ll supply you a mask and throw in some extra goodies”. Got it, installed it and it looked great. I kept it on the following day to make sure the car stayed cool and it held up to my normal driving. That night I went to a car meet/race night and when I left, the car scrubbed on the cement. When I got home the splitter was scratched up and the bra ...was ripped. I contact Andrew at NoviStretch and Richie Rich Paint & Body. With no hesitation, NoviStretch said “no worries, it’s happened to me, I’ll send you another at no cost”. Richie said “man, bring that splitter down here and let me fix it!” Splitter was painted in (1) Day And Mask made it here in (1) Day! These are the type of selfless people that have businesses and continue to thrive because of great customer service. I just wanted to share my testimony with you guys! Novistretch got my business as wel. I was needing a mask for a road trip to GA they got it to me in 2 days great service and mask held up well

I had a similar experience with a tear in my Novistretch bra, and it was my fault. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement free of charge. That's pretty rare these days.

I agree that is awesome customer service. I love my novistretch. I guess its a bit easier to do that when your product is some mesh and a few snaps!
