There's only about 250lbs difference between the 370Z and the 1LE V6...much of which you can attribute to having back seats...and a slightly bigger car. That said, I'd still take the V6 1LE over the Z...

As I posted previously, in the Car and Driver's Lightning Laps at VIR, the 1LE was 8 seconds a lap faster than the 370Z. That's so far beyond "about as good."
