And ok I have some left over brake fluid I'm sure it will get it out. Thanks for the ideas.

Wax it off? Whiskey foxtrot tango over, that's not what wax is for.
I'm sorry to say, I see the panel has been creased. That's metal that's been stretched. In my opinion (I have not done any work at a pro shop since '89 but I am a fair body man) a pro will need to repair this and re-paint will be involved.

Try wax first then get more aggressive. Of course its not gonna fix the dent. He asked how to remove the paint not fix the dent.

Just leave it as is... it adds a little character to a homeless man's car. Toss some empty beer bottles on the floor too.

That's probably just latex paint, detail spray will take that off but the area will need buffed anyway.

rubbing compound with a wet microfiber cloth. Very light pressure, don't push harder if it doesn't come off right away, just keep repeating, very light. Then Polishing compound, then wax. Nothing to it, not rocket science.

To pop that dent out you can use like a GPS suction cup and suction it on there and pull it out? I've done that on a dent like yours it worked for me. THe paint, I'm not really sure I'll let some other guys post some help for that.
