CTSV WHEELS ON CAMARO SS
looking for some help here guys/gals. can some one please school me on wheels/offsets. here is what i would like to do. i really like the wheels on the 2010/2011 CTSV and CTSV coupe. has anybody here tried these on the Camaro??? i'm not very technical and do not understand offsets. from what i've read these wheels have the same bolt pattern(5x120) as those on my 2011 Camaro SS. however from what i've researched the CTSV wheels have offsets of 57mm front and 64mm rear and the Camaro has offsets of 35mm front and 40mm rear. these numbers are nowhere close so i'm not sure and cant afford to drop the cash to experiment. i know its hard to find wheels that clear the brembos on the Camaro but figure the Cadillac is also brembo equipped. and the CTSV wheels are only 19" compared to the Camaro 20". below is a pic of the CTSV wheel.

they might look good.......but a 57mm offset on a 9" wheel would never work up front.....unless you put some HUGE spacers on....which wouldn't be a good idea.

Maybe they make repos with a different offset... have you checked? If not looks like it wont work, I thought of the same thing! I love those wheels.

We have a CTS-V for a shop car they wont work right. They bolt right on however the offsets are way OFF and it looks stupid.
The biggest issue runs into the rear wheels where they rub badly on the parking brake cable on both sides, you cant drive the car with them unless you remove the cables. not worth doing. |

Does anyone know how well wheels set up for a Camaro would fit on a Cadillac CTS-V wagon?

No, when offsets are 20+ mm off, it's a big issue. You have to remember that the CTS-V is very different from our cars. Even 3mm in offset can make a huge difference, and spacers are not that great of an idea IMO.

I figured they were vastly different. Thanks anyway. Will just have to do things the hard way I guess.

I had a set on my 10 SS for a week while my stocks were getting powder coated. I didn't have any issues with fitment, but they didnt look very good IMHO.

I'm sure there is a design close. Lots of companies make wheels for camaros with offsets for others.
