I'd love to see what mine would do. But you'd probably better know what you're doing at 120+. There's a video of Lingenfelter (I think) trying to do 200 in Texas. That dude said a small road bump caused him to change lanes at 200mph! That would prolly soil my shorts.

These cars are rock solid at 120-130. I don't have anywhere to go any faster, but it pulls HARD at those speeds.

199.9 in the dark and 217.2 at dusk on my last pass. This is all from a standing start in one mile...

I've been 155mph when I was basically stock way back when. My car went 188mph on the dyno and could have kept going if that counts? Lol

You don't have real world conditions on a dyno.

So far 130. I did 122 on the same stretch of road a few days before and it didn't feel quite as stable as it did at the higher run. At 130 I felt eerily comfortable. I just bought my car a few weeks ago and thoroughly LOVE it!

Good info ... My '89 RS 5.0 (TBI) seemed to run out of steam at 115, I was curious to know what my 3.6 would do on the top end (1LS). Heck I had a NEON that would do a governed 118. And my last car, a Suzuki would do 135 (no limiter)

SS is limited to 155. It will still pull if u tune out the limiter. It doesn't feel topped out at all

HEX vents without the drip pans work wonders at that speed. Also lowering the car with good sway bars help. My V6 hits 116 at the quarter mile and feels stable.

I've never had my SS over 95--seriously--and that was inadvertent as I'm always on public roads. If I could get it on a long track I'm pretty sure it would go about 180.
But I have done about 120 on my Victory motorcycle, with saddlebags and touring pack on back. It was smooth as 70 mph, had to change my pants when I looked down and saw the speedo.
