Once again you prove to be over the top & totally out of my class. I expect you to totally blow me away at the fest but I don't care. Either way it will be a blast. Can't wait to see this beast run!

Swapping this the LLT intake and spacer for the LFX intake saves just a little over 11 lbs once you include the weight for the evap and lines. Also the noticeable increase in torque is very nice. Also remember that I swapped out a Stage 3 ported LLT manifold and spacer for a Jacfab ported LFX manifold.

So what do you think of the LFX intake mod??? Have you had much seat time with it on?

Put a few hundred miles on it so far. Went to Watkins Glenn International yesterday to do some laps around the track. It handled very nice, you can def. feel the increase in torque.

The downside is that on lap 9 of 9 in one of the back straights the car was pushing 6000 rpms and of course I had the ignition problem that has been lingering. Apparently I didn't fix it over the winter, so now I am cautious if I should go to the 1/4 mile next weekend as the car easily goes past the 6k mark.

Very nice, way to keep it in the Chevy family. Time for a tune.

Thanks! Think I'm gonna start out simple. Plasti-dip the wheels, paint the calipers red. Maybe a CAI. Stock psi is 14-16 depending on weather and with a tune it goes to 22.

Speaking of tunes though...

Removed the trifecta tune and the car seems to perform better. It doesn't seem like I am having the issues with my injectors just yet but I haven't had much seat time. I do however miss the transmission tune haha. Once I stop being lazy and get it inspected I can mess around with it more.

Also there is another track that does test and tunes every Friday night however it is pretty far awhile, too far to drive on skinnies and DRs. Thinking about going since it's been so long since I've made some passes.

Get a HP tune, wish I could give you my 3.91 trans tune, it will wheel hop on the 1-2 shift.
