Soon we will work on upgrading your 2014 lights, will do some harness to go from non rs to RS headlights and tail light, we have all the new LED and HID for the 2014 lights.

Looks like he is working on harnesses for 2014 cars, the same kind of harnesses he makes for 2010-2013.

Doesnt sound like he is doing a 2013-2014 conversion

I will be doing both, 2014 from non RS to RS tail lights and 2010-13 to 2014 RS tail lights

So in theory, a guy would need the complete 2014 rear end and lights to convert a 10-13 rear to a 14, and use your harness? Wonder how much that would cost. Definitely interested.

I already got the lights for around 380, the back bumper/trunk is around 1,000. So 1500 would be my high estimation

It's possible - the issue is that GM hasn't updated their system to show all of the parts/wiring for 2014 yet.

GM has not fixed the parts/wiring for 2014, but on the good side, we belive we know what parts are needed and have ordered them today,will be in late this week and will try to get the first test set done.
