THAT would make a badass ZL1. Get to the level of the competition.

That's extremely impressive IMO

It's a shame that it's gotten so expensive

Nice! 11.6 1/4 mile and it weighs 4128lbs. I'm sure the ZL1 will be a little lighter. Bring on the hellcat!

It's still 10-15k less than the M5, but yes, definitely a big price jump from previous gen.

It is a bit of sticker shock, but it is also a lot more car than the last generation. LT4 >>>> LSA and I really like the new interior.

I am sure if there is another ZL1 or Z/28 that's going to be the target price. $84.000 CTS-V, $62.000 ATS-V.

Agreed, the LT4 is much better than the LSA.

As for price everyone needs to consider the previous gen CTS-V's were in this awkward middle ground trying to compete against the M3 and M5. However that's not the case anymore. The CTS-V competes against the M5 where as the ATS-V competes against the M3 & M4. The price hike was to make room for the ATS-V and to price the CTS-V as a direct M5 competitor. In that regard the CTS-V is "cheap."

Caddy had to change their pricing b/c most of the snobs driving BMW, Mercedes, and Audi won't take a car seriously that's that much cheaper than theirs.

I see somewhere in the high $50k range for a LT4 Camaro.
