Help with O2 errors and speed sensor errors after headers and tune

HI- have a 2013 Zl1 that just installed kooks headers and o/r midepipe with rotofab CAI and tune. Haven’t been able to turn the O2 and cat codes off with a tune-they keep coming back on (P015D, P015B, P0430, P0420, P0430). Me, nor the tuner has been able to figure out how to turn these off yet-car did make 525rwhp on a mustang dyno though lol. But now I’m also getting C0040 and C0035 for a brake switch A and right front speed sensor error codes. I did just have two front tires put on but that was 4 weeks ago and I had the O2 CEL’s on so I don’t know if they came on directly after changing tires. I have seen where possibly a cracked spark plug, loose plug wire, or tpms reset might help with the C0040, C0035 codes-can anyone confirm this or help give insight?
As for the O2 codes- how have you guys without cats turned off the CEL’s for not having rear O2’s active?

In HP tuners (engine diagnostics section) you can remove the SES light and the error code level with a quick unchecking of a box and setting the code to 3- No error reported on most codes like PO420, 430 like you listed above.

I'd also recommend disabling the COTS (Catalyst overtemp protection) as it dumps a ton of fuel in at the 5K rpm+ range (since you don't have cats). Then adjust your MAF fuel trimps and power enrichment fuel trims.

There are other things to do, all if which will be done by a competent tuner.

already did the no error reported first on the codes. That's the first thing I did and the codes came back. The COT is also disabled and I always add a little fuel if the car has cats.
