I'm sure everyone said essentially the same thing, but with that many miles you might want to get something a little more eco-friendly. It's a heavy car and a powerful one (326 HP on the LFX engine I believe). That being said if you don't mind paying for a little more gas it's a heck of a lot of fun and you can punch it. Plus it's a Camaro. It's your call.

Pfff.....................Get the Camaro already. You only go around once and everyones childrens, childrens, childrens will find some other way to power their vehicles, if in fact you believe the conspiracy that petroleum is fossil based fuel.

Yes he wants to drive our luxury sports car instead of a prius who can blame the guy.....sheeeeeezzzzeee he deserves it just due to the embarassment of having to have driven a prius for so long..........someone at work drives one of those, uses the floor boards to hold garbage..........So the milege goes down the permagrin does go on....and the kid inherits the dads well driven LT...and the dad eventually goes on to get another...........

I was referring to things that specifically make the 2LS different than the other V6s autos, but yes, you are correct.

It kind of goes with both: V6 + auto = no lsd. V8 + auto = lsd. All the manuals get it, regardless of engine/trim level.

If I had to pull the trigger on this?? You really should think about renting a v6 Camaro, for a week. Make the run back and forth to work and see what it's like.... All your questions would be answered @ 800 miles.

Forget that prius. Get an american car like the chevy cruze! They get awesome gas mileage, look good, and drive great!

tires are about the only thing that will cost you more. just about every manufacture is going synthetic on all the fluids. they do it to extend service intervals and advertise a lower cost of ownership.

I bought my camaro for weekend driving so the insurance rate is pretty cheap. Now, if you tell your insurance agent you drive 200 miles a day and your car is a new camaro 2LT, i don't think your rate will be cheap

This.

The driver controls are virtually identical.
