Problem here is that if a car is doing 10 over, they are justified to sit in the left lane even if the guy behind him wants to do 20 over.

For that we have the flashing light as long as you flash him from far behind it is ok otherwise it’s called needfulness and that cost a lot. After overtaking, he has to drive right again. If not

They may feel justified... not that they are right though...

simple motto is... Keep Up or Get Over -- if you can't (or don't want to) keep up with the guy in front of you, get the hell over.

and don't flash someone in the fast lane if that guy has someone in front of him...(he's stuck too) -- you can't push your way through traffic.

Woho, calm down we are not as strict than other contries. You get a ticket ~ 120$. With endangerment ~ 180$ And 1 month suspended from driving. With property damage (accident)~240$ and 1 month suspended from driving.
We have a point system. You get for a offend a point or more. If you have 8 points your driving license is gone.i.e red light= 2 points, blood alcohol concentration > 1.1%o 3 points and maybe jail. Speeding +70km/h (43mph) 3 points and 650$ ans so on. On the other hand trucks are not allowed on the left lane if we have 3 lanes.
Last year we had 3200 death toll in traffic. And only around 70 due to high speed on the highway.
