Question Are Walmart ramps any good?

I need to get a set of ramps and do not necessarily want to pay a fortune...Does anyone know if the ramps that walmart has are any good?

I would appreciate feedback, thank you in advance.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section mods.

If you were closer I'd give you a set of old ones out of my parents basement that they are harassing me to get rid of. Edit: Closer to Pittsburgh, not Florida.

im sure those ramps would work just fine as long as the nose of the car will drive over them.

I have a set of Walmart ramps, and they work great. But I can't drive the camaro on them because the front is too low.

I bought a set from them a few years ago. They had two sizes and these were the bigger and longer of the two. They work awesome. I even used them when I installed my Long Tubes because I was to lazy to drag out my 75lb 7 1/2 ton floor jack. I think I paid like $50 give or take.

I found them cheaper at autozone. Here's a link:

Sorry for the poorly worded info, they are in my parents basement in Pittsburgh, PA, myself and the car are down in the Flo. My neighbor gave them to me right as I was moving out, they are older but they were NIB also.

Haha, yes, but the moral of the story is I used them with my lowered firebird and had to put a piece of wood in front, the OP should be fine with walmart ramps, but I couldn't ever bring myself to use a walmart hydraulic jack.

Bought mine at advanced auto for $40. Work fine for all the cars, including the Camaro.

I have the walmart ramps. love them. tire some rope to the front and drive over the rope if they try to slip out when you drive up.

Mine have worked fine for years. The longer chin on the SS may drag on them though. They are perfect for a V6 however.

Two reasons to find ramps somewhere other than Walmart.
1. Door dings and "my car got hit" threads
2. http://www.peopleofwalmart.com/
