What's the word on these Remin Dash Kits?
I've seen these online, but haven't seen any photos or anything other than their schematic breakdown on CarID's site. I'm thinking about getting the carbon fiber kit.

Don't waste your money, just looks like cheap dome gel coated stickers.

I have it and love it. Yeah I would rather have actual replacement pieces but they are too expensive. This looks much better than the hydro stuff... this is real CF. And I didn't use the whole kit, I thought it was too busy.

I have it on mine but i didnt use all of them. I just used it on the doors and vents and it looks pretyy nice imo and I get compliments on it everytime. I placed it over the steering wheel and radio and it looked to cheap and tacky for me so I didnt even bother.

Wow, judging from those pics it looks pretty good to me. I was worried it would look tacky, cheap, etc.
The fit looks pretty good though, does it give a really obvious raised edge and how was the install? EDIT: I couldn't tell from the pictures, but does it cover the center vent trim? The piece that you can't really pull w/o doing the whole dash. Last edited by awfarley; 04-22-2012 at 11:55 PM. Reason: EDIT |

It does have a raised edge. Its like putting on a sticker but easier since its pretty thick. There is a piece that goes on the center air vent. It just sticks on top.
