About when I figured a substantial mid-cycle refresh would happen. Time to start thinking about trading in.

And the REAL mod I want to know if we can apply to out 2010's is the Dual Mode exhaust. You guys can keep your fingerprint smudge screen radios

Any idea when this will be out in the market officially? I am planning on buying a camaro late June...so I don't know if it will be worth waiting for the 2013 or will it be out by then?

IMO if you want a 2013 you better find a dealer on 5/10 to get an order in with them. Production doesn't even start until mid June, so would probably be August at the earliest til the cars will start showing up at dealers.

This, its gonna be hard to beat the look of the current wheels. I find them to look better than most aftermarket ones.

So if you place a direct order with them you can get them earlier? And do you think 2012 models will be cheaper once the 2013 come out?

Well, it's not that you get them any earlier, but if others placed orders with the dealers first allocations, the dealer might not have any left from the first couple batches to keep on the lot to sell.

If you wanted to try to get a previous model year, or a used one with really low miles you could easily save over $5K I'm sure. I just figured you meant you were wanting a 1LE or something that was new for 2013. If you weren't set on a specific model or any of the new 2013 options you'd probably want to wait until the dealers start getting 2013's on the lots and get a great close out deal on a 2012 they have remaining. Which could probably happen anytime between Aug/Sept, depending on the model you wanted.

Chevy always has better finance deals and incentives on the previous model years once the new ones are out too.

So the 2013 ZL1's with manual transmissions will have "HILL START ASSIST?" on top of the aformentioned MYLINK TOUCH SCREEN RADIO!? This "HILL START ASSIST" feature was taken straight from the 2013 Ford Mustang models by GM ...pretty cool though . I live around a lot of hills but rarely take off from a dead stop parked on a hill so I think I'll live without that feature, but it may have come in handy at times .

With all these upgrades standard for MY'13, I can't help but think the MSRP will climb slightly...anybody else think this is true? I mean the hill start assist and Touch Screen has to cost GM more $$ and they will somehow have to transfer that cost to us...maybe $500 higher MSRP across the board?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, THANK YOU BeCkyD! You very appreciated on this forum!

2013 Camaro has some much needed upgrades to keep up with the competition. I love how GM pays attention to Camaro5!!

I am interested in either the 1LT or 2LT. I believe the only new worth-addition is the touch screen in the dash right? It is definitely a tough position to be in though, cause I kinda need the car by late June...and $5k is definitely $5k if I were to go with the 2012...

Thanks a lot for all the help btw!
