The problem with this world is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be penalties for stupidity,
but why don't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem solve itself.

Mixing wife 1.0 and girlfriend 1.0 will result in the car being split in half. (after the sale) So, yes, be very careful on hair tie locations for either - and not both.

No wife. That's how I can afford a Camaro!

Advice: Don't put anything thin at the base of the console. There's just enough room for stuff to disappear into the gap at the bottom (e.g. quarters).

My wife uses our third car for the gym and puts her hair tie around the shifter after the workout but never takes it off. About once a month I need to take all of these things off the shifter so that she doesn't just buy more.

That's about all I have to offer in this thread.

Solution - put it around your junk. Then, tell them to get it off themselves.
Best advice I've seen on the internet in a long time.

I cannot find I good place on the passenger side in the Camaro to do the same. Any ideas?
Being Polynesian almost all of us have decently long hair. I've always kept mine around the shifter...

OMG I can't find a place for their hair-ties either!!! Or their tampons. Or their combs. Or their lipstick. Or their birth-control. Or their sextoys. Oh wait......their purses!!!
