Camaro SS LS3 dives forward after hard acceleration

Hello friends!

I just bought a manual 2011 Camaro 2SS/RS with 63k miles. The only mod is a Flowmaster Axle-back.

I am noticing that after a really hard acceleration, it jerks, dives forward, and makes a one-time grinding sound when releasing the gas pedal at high RPMs.

I would normally upshift if I'm accelerating in a straight line but when going through corners, in 2nd or 3rd gear, sometimes you don't want to upshift and keep it in high RPMs till you're out of the corners and can accelerate more, and then, upshift.

I know that there should be some engine braking when releasing the gas pedal at high rpms, but this feels extreme and grinds which is not good.

I've driven manuals my whole life and I've never experienced this before.

I have checked motor mounts and no problem.
The car did throw a Bank 1 and Bank 2 lean code a couple of days ago. Cleaned the MAF sensor, TB, and found that the PCV tube was unplugged, cleared it and it has not been back yet.

Thank you guys for your inputs.
