I wish they would release 2019 info already!!!! There are some pretty good deals on some 2017s and wish I knew if I should wait or go ahead!

My guess is May, possibly even early June.

I saw the ordering guide should still be released to dealers this morning in order to make traditional deliveries to dealers at the top of Q4. After that we'll get official images and some details about changes. Then the ordering guide will get an update right before the order books open for the first allocations.

I would guess LGRAP is also going to lose 2nd shift until Camaro volume picks up and CT4/CT5 retooling is completed.

Not a good guess considering you could order a 2018 last april. I think we have to see images before ordering comes up later this month.

Maybe it is really delayed to MY2020. Especially when sales are down it seems like a very bad idea to not tease or showcase the car to build up a hype. Mustang refresh was shown about half a year before order banks opened

True, but that may have been a bad thing. Showing off how ugly the refresh was made up my decision against getting one 6 months before seeing one in person. Perhaps Chevy is hoping not to do the same. I'm losing my patience though. C7 is looking sexier and sexier every time I drive past Estero Bay Chevrolet.

2018 SOP was earlier (the typical July time). The 2019 is not the same.

"It was! It will be a 2019 model. Very sharp looking car, not too far off from the current Gen. They drove 2 of them on stage, an SS coupe and a lower trimmed convertible (maybe LT, I don't remember). Each trim/model has a unique front fascia. LED running lights in the headlamps, LED auxiliary lights in the fascia. The SS has a heat extracting hood."

This describes the current model exactly.

But they wouldn’t make a big deal out of it if it weren’t different

Sounds like a Vette owner who doesn't even know anything about the current Camaro IMO.
