I got a K&n Thyphoon for my ls3 and after installing it my halo light on the right side does not come on and the right side is blinking like it is about to go out i turn on my lights on and they work fine.

I did the Master reset 5-20 fuse pull i am not getting a CEL its just my halos are not working what can i do.?

Double check your work. Maybe a wiring harness connector got loosened or diconnected when you installed the cai.

Is it possible you did something to the ground wire that runs around the K&N heat shield?

Or the heat caused by the intake melted the wires. Lol

Jk

Jk
Or it heated the blinker fluid up too much.

OP: It's gotta be in the wiring somewhere. Go over everything you did and look for any loose connectors or broken wires.

This could be right ..I just went and took a look. In front of the heat shield is the connection for the head light. Wiggle this a little and see what happens..you may have unplugged it partially while installing the heat shield. It's the connection right in front of your washer bottle

Most likely a ground issue. Check- clean & tighten your grounds first.

for one light to be off and another be intermittent, sure sounds like a ground man.

Not sure that you even had to touch any wires to install the K&N, so I think this is unrelated.

Still under warranty? Bring it to the dealer

I'd remove the harness and see if that fixes it. If not take it to another dealer but leave the harness off. It shouldn't have anything to do with cai install.

Try removing and re-inserting all the headlamp fuses. On my 2014 these are #46, 47, 50, 55, 56. Maybe one of the fuses is loose and that's what's causing an intermittent connection.
