Surging after oil change

Last week I changed my oil at my 5k interval, filled the car with 8qts of Valvoline 5w-30 synthetic (dexos approved) and changed my oil filter. After driving my car I noticed that it now surges/lurks at speeds Normally this happens in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear while accelerating in the 2000-3500 rpm range. It almost feels like clutch slip but it isn't. It mainly happens in 2nd gear but I've noticed it happening in 3rd and 4th recently.

I didn't have this problem before my oil change, car ran fine. I've done the test for a slipping clutch about 6 times and it isn't my clutch.

Any ideas?

Edit: To add, oil pressure hasn't changed between any oil change interval: cruising at 60 is 32-35psi idle its 22-24psi.

Also pulled the negative off the battery for 6 hours to clear the system and reset fuel trims ect. The feeling of slipping is still there.
