The tires on my 13 were made in 07 so I guess I got the short end on that.

I'm looking to go with 315's on the back, so hopefully that will help!

It's the torque management system. It can be tuned out. I recommend dynosteve(RDP Motorsport's) for a good tune.

Oh Hell yeah. You're describing a 'power brake.' Some here said that wasn't necessary for them. If I power brake it in M, 1st, it'll smoke til the rev limiter kicks in...and damn quick! From a standstill, no brake, it is better some day's than others. It's mostly like if you are on some surface that allows it to get just a little spin, it redlines from there. If it wants to grab, you're not breaking them loose.

I find that if I am in touring mode, it hooks better, put it in sport mode and spins easier. seems like the looser touring suspension allows the car to squat more?

Once had a mustang that did not have the ass to spin, so I rubbed the tires with baby oil daily..that helped.

If the touring mode was looser it would allow more spin.

Instead I imagine touring mode has more TC and ST than sport. Safer, don't you think? Sport would be the looser mode.

What does your owner's manual say?

Stiff sport mode suspensions do not transfer weight to rear wheels

But I really don't have problems with wheel spin, was only offering something for OP to try as it works for me.

Kyle if your still there OP...our cars have a tendency to squat, they of course like v-8s tend to squat down rear wheel drive with the right rear tire from engine torque but also total grip being the response the things made to do and if you add a couple things I described; gears and or a throttle controller it will allow you to break loose easier and then you would want trailing arm upgrades with poly bushings and the toes while your at it to help avoid wheel hop.

My car tends to wear out the insides of the rears more than the outer part which is noted mainly on sports cars with RWD such as a BMW, etc etc as the suspension of the IRS tends to squat when burning rubber/loosing traction and I wear out a set fairly quick say 12k from my aggressive shifting occasionally showing someone to back the F off by getting fishy rolling in front of them so they know I am not messing around, or just having fun and loving the torque. I use BMR products and they have helped keep it together, and that would be something you would want if you get to where you easily overwhelm the rear to protect it.
