Yea, not much you can do if you really want to enjoy the car. I get around 17-18 in mixed driving. I just accept that as part of the fun factor.

If youre just cruising, keep your RPMs below 2100 and you should see it go up. In the city driving normal, in an hour I'll burn 1/4 of a tank. On highway as I said, 23mpg at 70 mph. But wheres the fun in driving it conservatively? If thats the case, might as well drive a prius.

Meh, premium here is around $4.59/gallon (cheaper if I drive a ways) and in rush hour I average about 12mpg. I just made peace with it and have made the decision not to care. If I wanted good mileage I'd drive a leaf.

If you're worried about gas prices, sell the car.

It's all a matter of how you drive the car.
In stop and go city driving I get anywhere from 9-15 mpg depending on how much fun I'm having and whether or not I can get out of third for any period of time On the highway if I'm cruising in 6th and doing between 100-120 kph (60-75 mph) I typically get between 24-26 mpg.......not bad for a 570 HP car.

I average around 21 MPG, with about 60/40 highway and city driving. I still have fun with it on back roads and accelerate hard from stops, I just try to keep it in 6th as much as possible when I'm not trying to have fun.
