Hmmm they may be related. If they are, that means the special Chevrolet model is some kind of Camaro.

Theory: the information I posted talks about an announcement on Thursday. That special auction you linked to is on Saturday. Maybe they're announcing something on Thursday and then auction it off on Saturday.

I just find it hard to believe that they'd skip debuting the "Z/28" at Detroit only to unveil it a week or two later at a Barrett Jackson show.

i really hope they dont end up calling it the hp edition, its just so lame and generic and something i would expect from DELL or any other typical pc manufacturer. How could anyone be proud of that name, no matter what it stood for.

Would this be that much exposure? I didn't think that much automotive press, like the typical rags', would be there, but I have never even watched an auction, so that goes to show how much I know...
