I am not a fan of the coating stuff, won’t do that again. The plan is to do Essence and Reload this weekend. Another first is going to be applying two rounds of Essence, first round with normal white pad and second round with CarPro’s Gloss Pad. Might be overkill but we’ll see.
This ClearCut finishes so nice it looks polished but I suspect a true polish pass is still needed.

Is it okay to use a regular touchless car wash after applying reload. Basically, is rinseless the only way to go to protect the sealant? It is a major hassle to wash my own car living in an apartment without a driveway.

Sealants last a few months or more, depending on storage/climate/etc. as long as you avoid high pH detergents.

If your touchless car wash has a high pH detergent, then it will reduce the service life of The sealant.

The problem Ive found with touch less washes is the water. If you don’t get it completely dryed off it will leave water spots. The harsh soap in those touchless washes degrades Reload very quickly it seems. I’ve seen this on wife’s car, after a couple washes the Reload looked like it was “cracking” if looked really close.
