That's why you don't do pre-orders with timeframes and you don't charge people until you ship the item that is a basic pre-order fail on 6LE Designs. Taking money before the product is even made is shady AF no matter how you slice it, but paying that money knowing it's not even made yet from a vendor who has been found less then stellar in reputation with these things is really your own fault.
