Or you could try Phastek, or TSP, or Tick or CAMMOTION or MONSTER, or BMR or...etc Livernois or Lingenfelter or Kooks or Stainless Power, or any where you can in the future, some places that deal in multiple other vendors products have a lead time that is not usually too long, once I waited for production for two weeks from something from American Car Craft, and Maryland speed I had a couple weeks for shipping long ago but that's about it, One place I bought from I called and had them ship as the vendor was so lame as to not even contact them with order info and I think it was with my Monster clutch. And I think it was through another big vendor on here, ordering usually you will get one part then have to check on the second or third etc... sometimes also, so good luck, if I had a order for multiple things knowing its a performance vendor I would wonder if a package deal why the other part has not shipped as many ship direct form the manufacturers and be pissed and want a update and their P.O. from the manufacturer to track my parts availability, or call the maker myself, been there done that.

Your wait is excessive and concerning and I would make more phone calls, and look to a major place next time like say SUMMIT or JEGS if need be as they are always 100% no problem ever over the decades for me.

This happened to myself as well and based on some of the feed back I am not the only one. I am sorry you have to go through this, its a learning experience. Once you get the parts you will be very happy.... It's just getting the parts that can be a .....

I think that MS went the Amazon route, they take their cut the second you push purchase, if a co.doesn't have very deep pockets it causes cash flow problems

Its been so long I cant even remember when I ordered Kooks headers from Maryland Speed, still waiting. I have had good results from them in the past, but I guess things have changed. Buyer beware.

If you call your credit card company and explain the situation and wait time, they will most likely tell you that you can cancel. The fine print won't matter at that point. You really gave them more than enough time already in my opinion.

This thread got me fed up with waiting. I just filed my chargeback instead of waiting until sunday.

Did you ask Maryland Speed for a refund first? They may have refunded you without having to involve your credit card company.

Thanks to everyone posting feedback!

Apparently BMR suspension parts are non-cancelable just like headers.

So does that mean you asked them for a refund, or no because you assumed they'd say no?

The thing I'm most surprised about is that Branden hasn't chimed in yet. I hope this isn't another story like Apex where they were incredible up until the very end and then just disappeared without a peep. I always liked and have spoken highly about Maryland Speed, but it seems hard to keep defending when everyone is moving so passionately against them.

I attempted to contact them last week via there website email system but got no response until I mentioned the chargeback. By then the chargeback had already been filed.

Probably should have called but I have played phone tag with enough companies this week.

Number one rule of ANY performance shop, be up front with the customer and provide feedback upon any issues that have arisen. That's why I think it should be mandatory to only pay half up front and the remainder is an auto charge/debit when the item ships. Everyone wins that way, especially if you have good staff who keep bases with the customers.
