Sharp !! Diggin the painted stripes. That's what I did too-- NO vinyl stickers on my rides.
I don't know what the deal is on "future collectibility" Tons of heavily modified and customized rods sell for Waaaay more than their stock counterparts!!!

My buddy owns the body shop......I removed the front bumper cover, deck lid, hood and spoiler and sanded the factory clear...replaced the panels, laid out the stripes....(took a whole day), removed them again, painted the black, then the clear, color sanded and buffed and re-installed. It cost me materials, and my time. My friend did the actual color shoot.

$18k is about the going rate. Maybe 19k tops. Good luck

+1

Not looking obvious as decals is wayy cooler...and pricier. No peelin and fade rate differences. These stripes actually enhance the value.

One subtle change he should have added was blacking out between the tail lights and bringing the center part down further to the bottom of the tail lights.

The stripes coming down over the spoiler helps though, lessening the usual too thin black out panel.

Good luck on the sale!

Why would you knock the OP's car? I bet less than 1% of the 2010 Camaros
have that low mileage or are in that near new condition. My early '10 SS has
49,000 miles and absolutely no old damage and I would expect to get almost
$20,000 for it privately.

I'm not sure why you think he's "knocking" his car. He is stating a fact that a 2010 SS goes for around 18k-19k. Low miles or not people don't want to overpay. The current bid on that car is 26k and has not meet the reserve price. What does that tell you?

One thing to consider is that the tires are now essentially 8 years old as well...
