It's not, I've done my transmission 3 times. It takes just under 4 qts to start getting it to leak back out. Then you remove the 240ml and you're set.

You may still see a teaspoon or so if you get it hot. Typically only occurs on the track for me when the temp goes above 200F. It will stop once it equalizes.
