Tracking the shipment with railcar#
Can someone let me know how I can track my shipment.
Here are the details............... Event Description: 4200 - Shipped Route: FROM - OSHAWA ON - RAIL -ETTX852165 - TO - SAN ANTONIO TX Carrier: CN NORTH AMERICA Any help is greatly appreciated! |

PROMPT #5 PROMPT #3 Say location Give the Car initials then give the car # Say done and listen. the Automated system will tell you where the railcar is at or where it just left. It will give you a sense of where it is in the country. Do not talk to anyone. This system is for the rail industry and we have the privledge of using it. |

If you have 4200 status , your dealer can do the following to get rail car num
Log In GM Global Connect go to Order Workbench Manage Inventory Tab Select Vehicle Order Inquiry Enter Order # Click on the order # Scroll down when the info comes up Click Event History Scroll down and there should be a* railcar # listed with a 4200 status.* |

Your Dealer can call the GM Dealer Business Center and get it also
