How long does it take for a car to get to dealer from order to delivery?
How long does it take for a car to get to dealer from order to delivery?
Reason I ask is mid next year I plan on ordering a Gen 6 to my specs. How long will it take when production is constant? (I do not mean right now.) |

Figure about six weeks from 2000 to wheels on the dealer's lot if he is no more than a thousand miles from the assembly plant and add a week or two if farther away or if a train is involved in the transportation process. Alaska uses a barge and Hawaii an ocean ship from the west coast so add some more time.
