Everybody is just copying bullshit from each other, they don't have any actual knowledge of anything. The production of the Camaro6 is ending in January. They will not starting producing Gen 6s later again. The Gen 6 Z/28 was cancelled years ago.

The only site you can trust with Chevy insider details is Muscle Cars & Trucks, they were 100% on spot will Camaro leaks. If I remember correctly they stated based on their knowledge a next Camaro is many years away

It is not happening, forget about the lt6 but a tuned up NA lt2 500+ hp engine in a stripped down 1ss 1le with some carbon fiber wheels, serious rubber pushing high 3500 lbs to low 3600 lbs would have been awesome! Chevy could have called that a z28 all day long.

Let's make pretend it does happen, what's it going to cost? $100K

Heh, that's how much a CE 2024 ZL1 costs already, see my screenshot in the configurator thread. More likely $150-160K or even more, depending on volume.

I'll go with potent potables for $200, Alex.
If we're going with conspicuous consumerism, let's make it a true daily double for $300k.

And I am sure you are correct on this one, $150K before markups.

If any part of that article has a ounce of truth, the part that sucks is that there will only be a 1000 cars and the dealers will put such a mark up on them that the common true enthusiasts won’t be able to afford it anyhow. Greedy ass dealers and dumbass rich people that drive them prices up for bragging rights for a car that will never see the track an be a garage trophy!!!

The LT6 would be the perfect GM engine to power a Z28...but I think that ship has long sailed.

If it ever does happen, I'd like to order the carbon fiber brakes on it for my car.
