GM dark taillights with vinyl?

Has anyone put 20% lens tint on the GM dark taillights? Drop some good pics for me please! Search hasn't come up with much.

Here is the charcoal tint from bigworm grapix on my GM dark tail lights. It’s pretty dark but the brake lights are still visible to those behind you. I have a picture at the bottom to compare how they are with and without the tint.

Please excuse my ignorance, does the vinyl go on the outside or inside of the tail lights?

Goes on the outside, just on the white part of the tail lights. Pic below is on red tail lights, but same product.
