Okay bumper is complete!!! I cannot show pictures because I am doing a unveiling on IG and @carsandcoffeepalmbeach in a couple weeks.
I am happy to report fitment is just fine...Hood lines are solid Fenders lines are solid.. There are alot of adjustments on this car you can move your hood latch up and down you have 4 bump stops that adjust up and down and you have your 4 bolts holding your hood on for movement forward and back left and right.. There is 0 reason that you cannot get this bumper to line up properly if it doesnt its because you didnt care enough to adjust anything else. There are a quite a few things I do not care for though.. The biggest one being the black crossmember they give you that covers your actual bumper Honestly I am not even sure ill keep this piece in and may just paint the bumper black mine was blue of course and looked horrible so I put the piece in the stock bumper has it so I used it However it just fits loosely and even with the bumper secured it just kinda flops around could not imagine the type of noise you would get... Since we used all the stock bumper clips we had all the clips that came with the bumper so we used 2 and secured the flopping plastic styrofoam cross piece to the upper grill legs that stick out see photo's.... The grills were the hardest part.. getting them snapped in all the way properly was nothing short of a 2 person job... the clips are hard non forgiving and you really have to muscle them in so if you need to do anything to the bumper prior to putting the grills in DO IT!!! I do not even want to attempt to remove them.. We actually have a stress mark in one of the corner DRL holders where we had to rubber mallet it in.. We couldnt figure out why the DRL's werent fitting in properly and were ready to modify the plastic until we realized the clips were not fully seating. what a pain the butt all the grills were.. All Screw holes lined up great.. I had to make some minor hood adjustments I made a video with all the lines and fitment I will be posting those videos after the reveal... over all the bumper install was a success I have had alot of bad aftermarket parts for this car including stuff from anderson composites, C7, Extreme dimensions ... And I can say even with the pain in the ass it was to get the thing together it fits well.. There are quite a few imperfections in the FRP molding that you will want to lightly wet sand but its to be expected on these kind of parts that arent prepped and painted already. I hope this helps guys. Sorry I Cannot post any photo's yet but they will be come real soon.

Thanks Man! That's the info that helps us all......just some questions though....
1. Can you explain how to adjust the hood latch? I've heard early'16 models had to go to dealer to get that done? It looks like parts have to be removed to get down in there, so is it better adjusted before the bumper is put on? Can a newbie do it with regular tools? 2. Where are those bolts holding hood forward/back left /right? Aren't they welded to the hinge for safety? Does it require 2 people to make these adjusts? 3. Sorry but this is all new to me, did Ikon provide any advice on install technique, or instructions like the wisdom you shared about the grill clips? And does the bumper need new DRL's as a separate item order? Thank you so much-I know others in my area who have similar questions as well. Your venture into this is greatly appreciated......

2.) The 4 bolts are not welded at all same with trunk they are just put on and painted so they look welded ( Sorta ) 3.) The RS DRL's fit just fine after man handling the Clips in on the bumper side. The SS DRL's probably do not fit as thats the case with the AA bumper as well. 4.) No instructions given at all.. Lethal Garage ( aka lethal camaro ) has a nice bumper removal tutorial on youtube.

Thanks Dustya, just one more....would this the best order to do it in? Im thinking.....
1. wet sand where needed 2. paint bumper? 3. paint grills separate(...do they even need paint?) 3. install grills 4. Install bumper on car? -Are there any in-between steps? Thanks again

Its hard ... Because grills need to be in to check fitment and you do not want to pay to have it painted then find something wrong with it. I mean I guess you could just flop it up on the front but the top grill is the reinforcement for that part of the bumper. Maybe find something you can attach to hold it up like as if the grill was in place.
