GM + JDM tow hook merge... looks much better

So, given the lines and angles on the 6th Gen, I have always thought the tow hook from ZL1 AddOns did not look good as it is a round hook. I purchased a triangle deep red JDM tow hook, and a tow hook from ZL1 addons, disassembled them both, then used bolts washers and locking nuts to create a nice looking hybrid angled tow hook for the 6th Gen.

Well yeah, so is the factory one. This is a simple cosmetic add on. Some people like them some don’t. For those that do, just showing an alternative to the ZL1 add ons hook, which doesn’t flow well with the car’s lines at all.

I think the ZL1 hook flows better than that sharp angled one. It’s subjective. To each his own!

I’m still so confused on why people want to make something that is used when you break down, a focal point of the front of the car

On a side note, of the 2 I agree this one does look better

Many groups require at least 1 tow hook for road course events. I always remove my hook after an event because VA is a front plate state. There are definitely more tow hook cruisers and don’t understand the trend either.

it’s a cosmetic mod, that some like and some don’t... nothing to understand, either it’s your cup of tea or it isn’t ... for those that have it on theirs, this is just an alternative to the OEM one provided

I saw a lady at a Camaro show that had a Heart tow hook, so whatever make people happy if fine
