Oh and that reason too, sometimes premium doesn't fill 17 gallons at a quick rate.

It works on the 2012; but I found the radio must be on for it to work...

Since I first read this tip, I've used it often and really appreciate the information.

Could it have something to do with the Mylink radio your car has and the old type radio he has?

After reading this thread...

My brain:

5% friends names

3% work stuff

2% phone numbers

90% Camaro info

I should clarify... I use an Android Phone (Galaxy S3, on Verizon) not OnStar.
I am not sure what it does with OnStar or iOS devices.

Is there a glovebox light?

Drove less than a handful of times after dark, and discovered no light. Really?????

OK here is a new one I stumbled on to because we are in the middle of an Ice Storm...

Even with the defroster on high the upper corner of the drivers side windshield iced over and would not clear.

I found that turning on the dash vents (round ones on the outside) to blow upward it will clear the corner spots.

Ah... drawing the hot air up higher on the windshield? I will have to give that a try... But hoping this is the last ice storm for a while.
