You guys certainly seem to have this dialed in. Any benefits to the OEM Z28 19s vs MMR repro 20 inchers?

My car is just a street car, so I like the meatier tire, flush look and traction potential of the oem z28 19s. I spent a lot of money on custom 20s on my c7z06, they looked great but the car would never hook, so I told myself I would try 19s on my next ride. The MMR m228 would provide a similar look for much less cost especially since you could reuse your tires, but downsides for me were: still 20s, rear wheels offset like stock(not a deal killer) but the fronts are pushed in a few mm's from stock(some may not care, but I thought even the stock wheels looked pushed in after seeing all the zl1 1le's rolling around) Wheels and tires and offsets are really a personal opinion deal so whatever you like. Good luck!

Anybody have pics of the ZL1 1LE wheels on a 2018 ZL1, how big are the gaps from the top of the tire to the fender?

if you put the 19" on a normal ZL1, will the speedo be off a little?

Yes, the OEM are forged and much better quality along with being 19's with more tire selection.

It's not the wheel size it's the tire height that make the difference.

Just keep that the same or within .4 and you're fine.

I'm going with these MRR ZR1 wheels in 19s with Toyos. Skipping right over the ZL1LE wheels. These look better to me and so easy to clean! 19s for lightness and as said better tire selection. And cost over OE wheels. Quality/strength plenty good.
