The whole idea of the winding road pov is so that one can hear what the driver would hear and experience the vehicle. No where in the title is it stated that this is a review. to you good sir.

I watched this a couple days ago. As I watched, I thought the roads looked very familiar. Then, I realized the roads were the very same ones I take the GTO on from time to time (Sorrento, LA). Some of that was near the Mississippi River.

This is what happens when people don't name threads correctly, or put them in the correct section. The search function will not work.
"Check this out", or "Not sure if this has been posted yet...", abbreviations, etc, are not suitable thread titles. |

Yep, looks like LA or our costal plains in S. TX. Flat as a pancake. Need to do this in the hill country around here as a change of pace.
Note two things: It is quick as it hits 80 before one can check ones mirrors for traffic. Could not see the red light while stopped at the light. I would be about as tall as this guys head cam. |

Looks like the forward view you choose has big tradeoffs, with 2 options for someone of average height (5'11"):
1. Seat in lower position - you see the street lights properly - and a sliver of sky - but you can't see anything of the hood so placing your car precisely becomes next to impossible. 2. Seat in higher position - you have to duck your head to see street lights, and have virtually no sky view - but you can see most of the hood and so can position your car with much greater confidence. |
