How much did you pay for your V6?
I'm getting ready to start talking to dealers about purchasing a 6th generation V6 with the RS package, and I'm trying to figure out what others have paid in the past. I've searched the forums and have found many references to 1SS and 2SS prices, but little to nothing for 1LT prices. Can some people give me a reference for what they paid for their V6 Camaro so that I can be a bit more informed when my time comes.

Last December, I paid 21k +TT&L for a 2016 RS with the turbo LTG engine. The V6 is about $1500 more so that would be about $22,500 or around 30% discount off sticker. The only way you might be able to get a price like that is to wait and see if any dealers hang 20% Bonus Tags on an existing inventory RS this fall. Then try to negotiate another 10% dealer discount.
Right now is the worst time to be shopping for a new Camaro. |

I just picked up my car this week. It was dealer stock and a demo unit that had some miles on it. Red Hot, 2LT RS, A8, convenience and lighting package, Technology package, MyLink with Navigation, all weather cargo mat. MSRP $39,885. Out the door $29,900 including TT&L with a trade in of my 2013 Cadillac ATS.

2016 1LT V6 M6, I paid $27,xxx, but then I had tint put on and 3M film around the wheels and door edges etc which was an extra few hundred and I think the ending total was $28,000.
Love it BTW - No regrets. I have 27,000 miles already and still love to drive it. Whiskey |
