Loose bolt? Excessive water leak? Help?

So, under the car this morning tracking down a burning smell. Noticed a water leak coming from the foil material on the floor pan towards the front of the car over the cats. Also noticed what appeared to be orange thread lock exposed on a bolt attached to the transmission(m6). Is this normal? Should the transmission bolt look like that? Thoughts?

Are you sure it is water? Check your coolant level.Dab the drip with a paper towel to see any color
