I like what was said already. Have you a group of guys with the loudest cars and more Z's show up on a saturday night and make some noise. Be sure and park in front of his driveway also.

I know exactly how you feel. My neighbor is constantly complaining about me working in my shop day or night and blaming me for every loud car or tire squeal that goes down my street. If he rang a bell every day I would go bonkers.
