Lethal Camaro West Coast Caravan

Hey Everyone!

Super excited to be heading out to the show this year. Plan to caravan out from SoCal in a straight shot (have multiple drivers) and will be putting my car on a trailer. That being said, would love to find out who else is making the journey from the West Coast.

Current plan for stops/locations and times:

Below is the current time table of the caravan and long stops. We will obviously have smaller stops along the way for gas and snacks etc. but these will be prolonged stops for food and meetups. We will post about mini meetups as we can during the trip.

Stops:

Note: There looks to be some nice parking areas just behind Audio Express.

Stop #2 (6.5hr 413 miles)

Time: July 12th - 4:30pm – 5:30pm (+1hr GMT) (+25min traffic buffer)

Note: Across the street is a health office with tons of parking.

Stop #3 (4hr 286 miles)
Place: Amarillo, TX
Time: July 12th - 10:15pm – 11:15pm (+1hr GMT) (+15min traffic buffer)
Location: McDonald's - 2000 S Western St, Amarillo, TX 79106
Note: Parking on the backside of the store off Wolflin Ave

Stop #4 (4hr 260 miles)
Place: Oklahoma City, OK
Time: July 12th - 3:15am – 4:00am (+1hr GMT) (+30min traffic buffer)
Location: Huddle House - 701 South Morgan Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73128
Note: late night stop, but if anyone is meeting us, let me know.

Stop #5 (7.35hr 495 miles)
Place: Memphis, Tennessee
Time: July 13th – 12:00pm – 1:15pm (+1hr GMT)(+45min traffic padding)
Location: Jim'n Nick's Bar-B-Q - 2359 N Germantown Pkwy, Cordova, TN 38016
Notes: Tons of parking behind the restaurant

Stop #6 (4hr 274 miles)
Place: Bowling Green, Kentucky
Time: July 13th – 6:15pm (+2hr GMT) (+15min traffic buffer)
Location: Checking-in to hotels and unloading the car.

Stop #7 - Thursday Night Rodgers Chevrolet Meet & Greet

Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

H-Town (Houston) Camaro Club is heading out early Wed morning and would intersect your route in Little Rock AR. We are then on the same route on into BG. We are driving straight through also to arrive BG around 7CDT.

Getting preparations ready, but still need to lock-in some food places at each stop. Anyone have recommendations at the outlined cities above?

What kind of food? Lots of great places in Memphis. What size party? I could perhaps line something up so they could accommodate everyone. PM me if you'd like.

I do not know how many people will be with us at that point. Judging as we will be close to Kentucky at that point we may have a few peeps with us.
