I never understood why people go through a third party with Trifecta when you can go directly to the source (Vince).

Sent from my SAMSUNG Galaxy S III using telekinesis.

Email Vince because the turn around through 3rd party could be 2 weeks or 2 months

I don't know about that. I asked Vince for a tune last Thursday night at 10:30 CST.. Sent him some data from my end and bang I had a tune immediately...

BNR is good guys down there, maybe the original email got stuck in spam? I'd give them a shout I'm sure its just a mix up.

Did a data log after I had my SOLO HFC and catback exhaust installed and I sent it through the new system that BNR has and I mean from the time I did the logging, emailed it and unplugged my laptop and made it back into the house I had my new file. Took less than 30 min's for my turn around. My fuel trims needed to be adjusted and it was all good!
I suggest you email Jerry but if you must have Vince's email address its: vince@trifectaperformance.com

It's because trifecta is junk. If any other tuning company came out with
A proven gain of any thing close to trifecta everyone would switch. Besides It doesn't
Make sense sending a log Vince is just gonna say you don't need an update. He probably doesn't even review the logs.

Lol that's funny because I've had trifecta since early 2010, and when I would email him I would get an email back within 1-2 working days. He always had an updated tune for me, except the times when I didn't change anything but just wanted to see if all was OK.

Also IPF has a tu e for the V6 that has shown gains.

Sent from my SAMSUNG Galaxy S III using telekinesis.

I know I got my tune November of 2011 and no real mods other than axle back and the VMax TB. I did add the VMax Black Ice-Olater afterward and always good all looks good. It wasn't until I I added the HFC and catback that a change was made and that change was not announced as it is at the onset when you get the tune and advice what mods you have at that time. This file was an update and I was told my fuel trims needed adjusting as the motor was wanting more fuel. The tunes vary with with motor mods and if you have nothing else going on then you want get anything else but I don't think its junk by any stretch of the imagination. I can tell a difference in before and afterward.

I heard all the complaints about poor service and hadn't tried for an update for about a year so wasn't sure what was going on. 2 weeks ago I sent an email for him calibrate my speedometer and had the tune in 2 days which I thought was pretty fair. So it's weird some people are having problems

I think so....I purchased the tune when BNR was having one of their specials (before i got my long tubes and high flow cats)... i sent them my mods in my signature without my headers and cats and when i eventually got my bbks and cats and did some data logs Vince said I didn't need a retune???.....umm idk bout that
