Although I LOVE my '22SS I must say that the 16-18 has a lil more aggressive look whereas the 19-22 is more refined. Ride on!

From a pure looks perspective, I think the Camaro blends sports car and muscle car a little more than the Mustang. The Mustang’s domed roof, fastback shape, and forward canted rear end look more “sports car” to me than the Camaro’s flat roof and more vertical rear end. Additionally, the S550 Mustang doesn’t have the full width horizontal lines on the front the way the Camaro and Challenger does, which is a muscle car trait. The Mustang’s hood and lights are on different lines which is more of a sports car design trait.
From a performance perspective, trim for trim, the Camaro is a better sports car. Lighter, better front/rear weight balance, better handling, better steering, etc. Which one looks “meaner”? Trim for trim, probably the Camaro, since it has more muscle car design features and styling. The large upper grille styling of the Mustang doesn’t look that “mean” to me. It makes it look a little top heavy with what looks like a mouth open but not in a good way. Like someone that has an open mouth as part of their normal resting face.

It's funny, I have that picture printed on metal on about a 20" x 30" hanging in my garage, my friend saw the picture and thought it was a brouchure picture, when I told him it was actually my car he didn't believe me until I pointed out all the customizations I had done (DD Smoked LED side Markers, splash guards, etc), then he was like "Holy Sh*t!"

I would rank the 6th Gens in this order.
1) Any year ZL1 2) 16-18 SS or 1LE 3) 20+ SS/1LE 4) ZL1/1LE 5) 19+ SS 6) LT1 Just my opinion of course. Visually just a little too much going on with the ZL1 1LE for my taste. However, it is obviously the best performer hands down!

How about which one is the worst?
19 SS looks the absolute worst. 1 year hideous front end.

I prefer the ZL1. Had a 2020 SS it was fantastic but the ZL1 gives it aggression.

Sorry, 16-18 is nicer. More aggressive.

threads like this are entertaining as most, if not all will just pick the one they own.
as an "outsider" who owns a 1st & 5th gen, IMO the 16-18 looks the best and most muscular, 19 is the by far the ugliest up front and 20+ is much more sporty/curvy looking. but hey what do I know? I just have lowly old Camaros |

It could have been the sportiest from the rear if Chevy had used my personal design cues with an homage to the 70-73 Camaro lamps.

I had a couple 2nd Gens, loved the Cars, I'm a 1st Gen guy. I like the tail lights, but I'm more partial to the 6Gen lights. JMO
