What Fuel Pumps Most people Use?
What duel fuel pumps are most people using with hp at the wheels of 600-750? I'm trying to decide which one to go with. I was looking at going with the LPE Duel Fuel Pump and 65# injectors.

BLKcamaro i had the duel fastlane 800hp pump installed at DTP last year but won't be needing it anymore. I'm getting the aeromotive 11104 eliminator 1400hp pump installed with my 427 build. PM me for my phone number and we'll talk. I'm in portsmouth.

We have about 50 of our systems out there in service making 700-1000hp.
Ask around,Lpe and ADM kit works great. We have plenty in stock as well. |

Great timing for this question... the February 2011 Camaro Performers magazine was in my mailbox today and has a six page article called "Feeding the Animal". They installed a new, dual fuel pump system on their 2010 Camaro project car. The system they chose? The dual fuel pump system from ADM Performance. The system, as it comes, is capable of supporting over 800hp and can be modified to support up 1,000hp.
To quote the article, "...The high-output fuel system from ADM Performance came with everything needed to perform the upgrade. This isn't some sort of Band-Aid deal - it's a whole new system that even includes heavier gauge wiring to handle the increased electrical load. The OEM-quality kit included a new fuel pump module, sending unit, computer, and all the wiring and connectors... Total time from start to finish, including removing and replacing the IRS and exhaust, was about six hours and only common hand tools were needed to get it done. Once we hit the road in our 600-plus hp '10 Camaro, we'll be able to confidently abuse the throttle knowing that our fuel system will be up to the task." If the ADM Performance Dual Fuel Pump system is good enough for the Camaro Performers build, no doubt it's good enough for every day Joe's like the rest of us. Way to go Andy and ADM Performance! There's a reason no one else touches the EVIL RS... and now it's in print, as actual performance magazines devoted to Camaro's realize it too! I am PROUD to be a lifetime member of the ADM Performance army... go ADM! PS - couldn't help but notice that ADM had two cars featured in the magazine from the recent LSX Shootout in St. Louis... wish I'd been there, but Pink's All Out needed some ADM Performance representation the following weekend!

The LPE and ADM duel pump is $500 difference? But I dont plan on going over 750rwhp. Both sound good LOL.

Andy - What about a group buy on the pumps? I need one but $1395.00 is a lot for people to shell out... Plus if someone can not install themselves then it's around another $500 - $600 to have it installed.

Everything I have bought from him has been exactly as advertised. He would spend as much time on the phone with me as I needed and helped me with tuning for no extra charge.

There is much more in the ADM kit than the LPE kit. LPE kit is very good and ADM is much more complete with the wiring harness and pump module and connectors etc. I am using ADM dual fuel pump system on a 427 NA motor burning E-85 fuel that requires 30% more fuel delivery to the injectors than with pump gas. So, I wanted to error on the safe side and wanted the finest fuel delivery system that would future proof growth with the car. Even if I switch back to pump gas I still have enough fuel for a blown 427 up to about 750-800 hp without any fuel delivery concerns.
